Operating Instructions:

1. Pull Down On The Plate, Wheels Will Open Automatically.
2. Squeeze The Black Handle And The Red To Release The Bar. Extend To The Highest Position.
3. Insert Bag Into The Bag Holder By Rotating Upwards The Arm Holder Slightly, Center Bag.
4. With Bag In Position (Bag Resting On The Plate), Force Clamp To Fully Closed Position.
5. Rotate The Top Arm To Horizontal Position And Push Outwards.
6. Repeat #5 With The Other Arm.
7. Bag Is Now In “Ready To Use” Position.
8. Bag Full, Rotate Both Arms Upwards Just To Clear The Bag, Remove Bag.
9. Repeat Steps 3-8 As Required.
10. When Done Push Both Arms Inwards And Let Them Rotate Downwards.
11. Squeeze The Black And Red Handles And Push Down To Close Cart.
12. Lift Plate Up, Wheels Will Close Automatically.
